SALES TAX

• All California customers not having a seller’s permit on file with APS will be charged the appropriate sales tax applicable by law on all items.
• Sales tax will be charged as appropriate on items required by sales and used tax law.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• All sales are prepaid. Unless the appropriate aps credit application has been approved and terms of payment has been established.
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted as form of payment.

RETURN CHECK

• All returned checks are subject to $30.00 handling fee.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES

• 1.5% monthly late charge fee will be applied to all balances past due
