Shipping and Returns Policy - APS Lay-Flat Binding

Same day shipping if order is received before 12:00 (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday.
We ship via, FEDEX or other local freight services. Actual shipping date may be changed depending on stock availability, and FEDEX and delivery schedules.
APS Imaging & Supply is not responsible for FEDEX, or other carrier errors and shipping delays.

All customers are required to inspect their shipment upon arrival after which no shortages and/or damages shall be accepted.
Shortages and/or damages should be noted on delivery receipt.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All returns are allowed only with prior authorization. Shortages, damages, and returns must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Returns must be in their original packaging.
All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of authorization, freight Pre-paid.
No returns on special orders or products, which are outdated, damaged or otherwise un-sellable.
Digital equipment is NOT returnable unless defective. Returned merchandise will be credited to your APS account or replaced AFTER inspection and approval. NO cash or credit card refunds on returned products.
Please allow up to 30 DAYS from receipt of your return for Credit or replacement.
