DESCRIPTION
Ensuring faster production time, the Heater SV models accelerates the dry glue activation process of Easysheets. The Heater SV systems utilize microwave technology to significantly decrease the time frame to fasten prints to Easysheets. Simply place finished blocks from the Automatica machines and input its specifications through the touch-screen menu and in seconds (for example, 60 seconds for a 30 page spread), blocks are ready for the Pressure Set. This game-changing process takes production to entirely new level saving on valuable time.
The Heater SV accommodates various size blocks all the way up to 20” x 20”. These systems are available in two models, the Heater SV300 designed for the Automatica FE and Heater SV600 designed for the Automatica VP.
